tempTracy Ryckaert PTA, NSCA-CPT

Tracy is a 1995 graduate of Macomb Community College’s physical therapist assistant program and a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Her entire professional career has been dedicated to the research, treatment and prevention of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. For more than ten years, Tracy was the Director of Performance Enhancement at the Michigan Institute for Human Performance.

Tracy has developed and instructed sport-specific training classes throughout the Metro Detroit area. She has presented TriPLAYnar technology programs through General Motors and delivered functional Strength Training and Hard Core Training seminars to clinicians and trainers in the Midwest. She continues to present Run Pain-Free clinics regularly in conjunction with local running stores.

In 2011, Tracy founded Trained PerFORMance , an independent personal training services company, allowing her to combine all her years of clinical experience with her passion to enhance performance and prevent injury through individualized assessment, education and inspiration. It also allows her to work with all levels of athletes, continually researching, gathering new knowledge and creating new and improved techniques.
